All presenters and session chairs should arrive to their room 15-20 minutes in advance and anyone using power point or other digital slides should bring their presentations as .ppt and PDF files on USB Drives (AKA ‘thumb drives’). We will have a tech team on site and will be in touch this week with chairs and session organizers to pre-identify a laptop to run presentations off of for each session. If you are chairing a session, please bring a laptop for all presenters to use.
All poster authors in Poster Session I should report to the first floor of the H.L. Hutt Building with their posters by 8:20am and all poster authors in Poster Session II should report to the first floor of the H.L. Hutt Building with their posters by 1:05pm. We will have volunteers on site to help you put up and take down your poster. Authors are encouraged to stand by their poster for the duration of their designated session.
